began business in 1991. We have over 30 years
experience in Industrial Automation Systems with
knowledge in fabrication, machining, and custom
machine building.
We serve mainly the Automotive Industry
with our largest customers being General Motors
and Tier one suppliers.
We
offer full service in-house concept, design,
manufacture, and field installation of custom
industrial automation equipment and systems. We
offer a wide range of equipment to support our
goal of providing a full range of material
handling equipment to best suit our customer's
requirements. Our equipment offerings include;
Part Feeding Systems, Custom Machines, Handling
Systems, Part Marking Systems, Machine Tending
Systems, Robotic Systems, Vision Inspection
Systems, and Much More. We have in-house
employees that are trained for Programming
Vision Inspection, and Robotic Systems.
We
plan to continue growing and offering our
customers the very best systems to suite their
individual requirements for industrial
automation systems. These systems aid our
customers with their tedious, trivial, noisy,
and hazardous ergonomic conditions. Systems now
have been developed and built to handle a wide
range of parts. We have systems to handle rough
forgings like ring gears and wheel hubs that
weigh 30 to 40 pounds as well as systems to
gently handle finished parts such as lifters and
bearing races weighing .25 pounds. Our Double
Belt Feeders offer a quiet/gentle solution to
the old noisy vibratory feeder methods.
